Nobody can say I’m pleasantly comfortable being picky and not be lying. But, I’m not unsatisfied in that way, either. I only suggest it in this blog as an ear-catching little tidbit introducing what I am about to reveal to you

A week ago today yours truly met for coffee with Trisha, thinking of joining the Phoenix Great Expectations dating service. You prolly couldn’t guess that, I sit to each of you as a fully satisfied member of the dating service. Seriously, it’s true. I like it! If you’ve been paying attention, you’re probably thinking, “You got some ’splainin to do, Lucy!”

Here’s how it went down, I noticed these Great Expectations Reviews and can really get behind their approach. They’re for quality and professional singles who think dating isn’t a game.

Because I’d never enjoyed or even tolerated this silly social phenomenon most people call “The Dating Game.” I heard it all the time. Every night friends nagg, “Are you two serious yet?” and “Just get out there and date him!”

“That’s rubbish,” I banter right back, smiling ear to ear. “Not after that last blind date you set me up on.”

“Not true,” they deadpan. “You haven’t dated in a year, you wouldn’t know!”

Leave it to my best friend The One-And-Only (hehe) Trisha Wilson. She offers common sense directly to my core to put me back on course. People are always there to offer perspective. She made a good point, and I joined.

Returning to the message of this post. As I selected from hundreds of combinations of outfits for my first date with Great Expectations, something occurred to me that was quite deep. For the longest time, I hadn’t allowed myself too many emotional great expectations for dating and myself in the fun-filled journey of life. Single life has its perks, specifically if you take the opportunity to meet new people. Embracing your own great expectations makes a difference for a caring soul.
