By encouraging young people to speak up if they feel unsafe in their workplace, BIC hoped to bring down the number of injuries and deaths among young workers.</p>

These high numbers highlighted the importance of the campaign for young workers as well as their friends, family members and teachers. </p>

These workers suffer the loss of their jobs and pay less taxes post retirement.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Dr. Ros Altmann, a pensions expert and governor at LSE (London School of Economics) stated that forced retirement has a double negative impact on the economy. She spoke in favor of allowing people who showed a willingness to work, to have the choice to remain in the workforce.</p>
