Fishing is oftentimes seen as a solo activity; a lone angling fanatic leaving his household early hours on a bitterly cold winter day to target some solitary point next to a river, with a flaskful of tea. While this particular stereotype is accurate for a well known group of fishing fanatics, it is at the same time a very inaccurate view of the majority of angling enthusiasts, as they view fishing very much as being a people-facing activity, establishing new friendships, and at the same time being a compelling reason to travel the UK and worldwide by participating in angling vacations.

Not only that, but angling contests can be found up and down the country – these being a wonderful means to meet new people and discover new angling tips, and at the same time having a fantastic excuse to go on a mini holiday. In point Of fact, some people say that fishing is simply a reason to travel and meet people! Having said that, angling is still considered a serious pasttime by many of its hobbyists and they are motivated by the social aspect in the main to discover more regarding angling via swapping advice and tips with other individuals.

And in the last decade or so, the net has really helped grow the fishing communities – via Twitter, blogging etc, it’s now easy to organize or just go to an angling competition or informal get-together, while exchanging useful advice on forums and blogs.

In regards to fishing equipment the web has certainly assisted people in finding the most suitable rod, reel, tackle, fishing dvds etc due to the fact that these days they can weigh up prices and products with thousands of online sellers rather than merely being limited to their provincial angling store.

I know that there is a lot of money still to be made with real estate investing so I think that I want to jump on into that pool and take my piece of that pie. I know that I want to buy foreclosure homes because those are great deals but I still need to learn more about going about it. I need to find some investors as well since I don’t have that kind of money but I know that there are a lot of them out there I just need to find them. I am very handy as well so I should be able to fix up the houses mostly myself which will save me money.

And I live in Utah and am thinking about getting into the real estate game. I know that there is still a ton of money to be made in it and I think that I would be really good at flipping houses. I know that I want to get into buying foreclosed homes but is there some sort of list of utah foreclosed homes that I can see? That would make my hunting for homes a lot easier. I also need to get some investors but that shouldn’t be hard since there are still a ton of them out there to find.
